"TryStamped," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of trystamped.app, currently operating as an independent sole proprietorship. "You" means anyone who uses this site.
TryStamped is an informational price comparison tool. We gather publicly available pricing, shipping, and seller information from third-party retailers and marketplaces and present it in one place.
TryStamped is not a retailer. We do not sell, stock, inspect, handle, ship, or warrant any product shown on this site. Every purchase is a contract between you and the third-party seller, made on that seller's website and governed by that seller's terms, return policy, and warranty.
Prices, shipping costs, shipping thresholds, availability, seller ratings, condition descriptions, and return windows shown on TryStamped are point-in-time snapshots drawn from third-party sources. They change constantly and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
TryStamped provides this information "as is" and makes no warranty that it is accurate, current, or complete. Always confirm the final price and terms on the seller's own site before purchasing. Any illustrative or demonstration data displayed on this site is labelled as such and does not represent real offers.
The Verified Working stamp indicates that, at the time we checked, a listing appeared to satisfy the published criteria set out on the Verified badge page. It is an assessment of listing terms, not a guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy issued by TryStamped, and it says nothing about the quality or suitability of the product itself. TryStamped is not liable for a seller's failure to honour terms that seller advertised.
Using this site is free and TryStamped charges you no fee of any kind. TryStamped receives affiliate commissions from marketplaces and retailers when you purchase through a tracked link, as described in the affiliate disclosure and Our cut. Those commissions are paid by the merchant and do not increase your price. If TryStamped ever introduces a charge to users, it will be disclosed before you incur it.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract this site's content by automated means without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; interfere with or overload the service; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or resell or republish substantial portions of TryStamped's compiled data as your own.
The TryStamped name, wordmark, site design, written content, and the arrangement and presentation of comparison data are owned by TryStamped. Product names, retailer names, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
This site links out to third-party retailers and marketplaces. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies, and their inclusion is not an endorsement of them or their products.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryStamped and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or purchasing opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on information shown on it — including any difference between a price shown here and a price charged by a seller.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to US $50. TryStamped charges users nothing, so there are no fees paid to us against which a larger cap could be measured.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; where that is the case, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TryStamped and its operator from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
TryStamped offers an optional way to support the site financially, described at Support us. Nothing on TryStamped is gated behind it, and using TryStamped without ever paying anything is the ordinary and expected use of the service.
Nature of the payment. A tip or membership is a voluntary contribution toward the operation of TryStamped. It is not a purchase of goods, is not a subscription to a paid product, and does not create a customer relationship, an account, or any entitlement to a level of service. TryStamped is operated by an individual and is not a registered charitable organisation; contributions are not tax-deductible.
No influence, ever. Making a contribution confers no ability to affect which listings are shown, how listings are ranked, which listing receives the Verified Working stamp, or the content of any disclosure on this site. This limitation is a core term and is not waivable by agreement, request, or contribution size. Section 5 governs all compensation received by TryStamped and applies equally here.
Recurring contributions. A monthly contribution renews automatically each month at the stated amount until cancelled. You may cancel at any time using the link in any payment receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and no further amounts are charged. Amounts already charged for a completed period are not automatically prorated.
Refunds. Any contribution may be refunded on request made within 14 days of the charge, by writing to hello@trystamped.app. No explanation is required. Requests made more than 14 days after the charge will not be refunded.
Payment processing. Contributions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout pages and are never received, transmitted, or stored by TryStamped. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. TryStamped receives only the information necessary to recognise and, where applicable, acknowledge a contribution.
Benefits described on the Support page. Any acknowledgement described there — such as inclusion on a supporters list or a written reply — is offered on a best-efforts basis, may change or be discontinued, and is not a guaranteed deliverable. Discontinuing such an acknowledgement is not a breach of these terms; your remedy is to cancel, with refund rights as set out above.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorised holder of the payment method used.
