"Stamped," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of trystamped.app, currently operating as an independent sole proprietorship. "You" means anyone who uses this site.
Stamped is an informational price comparison tool. We gather publicly available pricing, shipping, and seller information from third-party retailers and marketplaces and present it in one place.
Stamped is not a retailer. We do not sell, stock, inspect, handle, ship, or warrant any product shown on this site. Every purchase is a contract between you and the third-party seller, made on that seller's website and governed by that seller's terms, return policy, and warranty.
Prices, shipping costs, shipping thresholds, availability, seller ratings, condition descriptions, and return windows shown on Stamped are point-in-time snapshots drawn from third-party sources. They change constantly and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
Stamped provides this information "as is" and makes no warranty that it is accurate, current, or complete. Always confirm the final price and terms on the seller's own site before purchasing. Any illustrative or demonstration data displayed on this site is labelled as such and does not represent real offers.
The Verified Working stamp indicates that, at the time we checked, a listing appeared to satisfy the published criteria set out on the Verified badge page. It is an assessment of listing terms, not a guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy issued by Stamped, and it says nothing about the quality or suitability of the product itself. Stamped is not liable for a seller's failure to honour terms that seller advertised.
Using this site is free. Where Stamped charges a service fee on a purchase, that fee is disclosed as a separate line item before you complete the purchase, on the terms described in Our cut. Stamped may also receive affiliate commissions from retailers, as described in the affiliate disclosure. Fee rates may change; the rate shown to you at the time of a transaction is the rate that applies to it.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract this site's content by automated means without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; interfere with or overload the service; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or resell or republish substantial portions of Stamped's compiled data as your own.
The Stamped name, wordmark, site design, written content, and the arrangement and presentation of comparison data are owned by Stamped. Product names, retailer names, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
This site links out to third-party retailers and marketplaces. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies, and their inclusion is not an endorsement of them or their products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to the greater of (a) the total service fees you paid to Stamped in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; where that is the case, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stamped and its operator from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
