Stamped participates, or intends to participate, in affiliate and referral programs operated by retailers, marketplaces, and affiliate networks. Under those programs, Stamped is paid a commission — typically a percentage of the purchase price — when a visitor follows a tracked link from this site and completes a qualifying purchase.

That commission is paid by the retailer out of its own margin. The price you pay is identical to the price you would pay reaching the same listing any other way. Stamped does not add a markup to a retailer's price.

Stamped also charges its own service fee of 2-3% on purchases made through stamped links. That fee is disclosed as a separate line item before purchase and is described in full in Our cut. The service fee and affiliate commissions are separate things and both may apply to the same transaction.

How this affects rankings — it doesn't

Listings on Stamped are ordered by landed price, meaning the item price plus shipping. The Verified Working stamp is awarded to the cheapest listing that satisfies a fixed, published set of requirements. Neither the ordering nor the stamp takes commission rates, affiliate status, or any commercial relationship into account.

Retailers cannot pay for placement, position, inclusion, or a badge. Stamped sells no advertising and displays no sponsored listings.

Stamped will list, rank, and stamp a retailer with which it has no affiliate relationship, including above retailers with which it does, whenever the price and verification rules produce that result.

Price and availability accuracy

Prices, shipping costs, shipping thresholds, stock levels, seller ratings, and return policies shown on Stamped are gathered from third-party sources and are point-in-time snapshots. They change frequently and without notice, and they may be inaccurate or out of date at the moment you read them.

Stamped is not the seller of any item shown. All purchases are transactions between you and the third-party retailer or seller, on their site, under their terms. Confirm the final price, shipping cost, return window, and condition on the seller's own page before you buy.

Not an endorsement, and not advice

Inclusion of a product on Stamped is not a recommendation to buy it. The Verified Working stamp describes the commercial terms attached to a listing — return window, seller rating, condition disclosure, buyer protection — and says nothing about the quality, safety, suitability, or performance of the product itself.
