One inbox for everything. Expect a reply within two business days; it's a small operation, so occasionally it's slower than that.
Include the product, the retailer, and the price you actually saw. Prices move constantly and our snapshot goes stale — but a systematic error (wrong shipping threshold, wrong variant matched) is a bug worth fixing, and we can't see it from here.
This is the important one. If a listing carries Verified Working and the seller's actual terms don't match — no return window, undisclosed condition, rating below the bar — send the link. The badge is the entire premise of the site and a false one is the worst bug we can ship. See the standard for what it's supposed to guarantee.

Same address. Say what you're working on and what you need.
Emails you send are read and kept only as long as needed to deal with what's in them, and they're never added to a marketing list — there is no marketing list. Stamped has no newsletter and no account system. Details in the privacy policy.
